The Technical Resource Facility (TRF) provides technical assistance to the health sector in Pakistan with a focus on maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH). The technical assistance supports health policy and strategy, service delivery and strengthening health systems including financial management, procurement, monitoring and evaluation and human resources.
TRF's main office is in Islamabad, though we are providing support across the country.
The TRF is funded by the United Kingdom's Department for International Development (DFID) and AusAID, the Australian Agency for International Development. It is managed by HLSP, a health systems agency providing consultancy and programme management services across the world, supported by John Snow, Inc. (JSI) and Semiotics. |
